
Kerri M. Sullivan-Kreiss, CFP®, AIF®

Kerri M. Sullivan-Kreiss is president of SullivanKreiss Financial. She has earned numerous credentials and designations, including:
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner
- Accredited Investment Fiduciary®
She founded the company in 2004 to provide superior wealth management and investment advisory services to corporate executives, physicians, business owners, retirees, and other affluent and emerging affluent individuals.
Kerri is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) with more than 30 years of financial planning and investment advisory experience. She is also a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®, a Registered Investment Adviser. She began her career after graduating magna cum laude from Bucknell University with degrees in both economics and Spanish. After spending 13 years as a financial consultant with AXA Advisors, LLC, she founded SullivanKreiss Financial, an independent financial and wealth strategies firm.
Kerri has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from Fiduciary360 (Fi360), an organization offering training, tools, and resources to promote a culture of fiduciary responsibility and improve the decision-making processes of fiduciaries. The AIF® designation signifies knowledge of fiduciary responsibility and the ability to implement policies and procedures that meet a defined standard of care.
Kerri is an accomplished speaker, having presented numerous educational seminars related to wealth management and financial planning. Audiences have included professional associations, businesses, schools, universities, and hospitals looking to provide financial planning and wealth management information to members and employees. Most recently, Kerri has been a featured speaker at Suffolk University and has been featured on CNN's New You Revolution. She also provides financial education programs to elementary schools as part of the firm's commitment to promoting financial literacy to school-aged children. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Financial Services Institute, and the Financial Therapy Association.
Kerri and her husband, John, live just west of Boston in the town of Northborough. They have two daughters, Morgan and Alyson. Kerri enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family.

Rachel Foskett, FPQP™
Director of Client Relations, Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™
Rachel joined SullivanKreiss Financial in 2008. Today, she is director of client relations. Her primary responsibility is to you, our clients. From the moment you become a client, she is instrumental in providing you with a singular experience that is both personally and financially rewarding.
Rachel enjoys investing time in getting to know and understand every client. Her hands-on approach and proactive view can be felt across the entire operation. Whether it’s helping execute the unique financial plan of an individual client, implementing a quick solution to address a lifestyle change, celebrating the college graduation of a client’s child, or being available on a moment’s notice to field questions, Rachel is there.
In addition to her time at SullivanKreiss, Rachel has over 14 years of industry experience, including at Smith Barney, where she launched her career. She holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from Worcester State College.
Rachel also brings a very handy asset to the firm. She is a certified Massachusetts notary public, which proves to be invaluable for efficient document processing.
Rachel is an equally adept juggling, multitasking, high-energy individual outside of the office. She’s a fervent CrossFit devotee, wife, mother of two, and general lover of all things active.

Morgan Kreiss
Financial Analyst
Morgan is a recent 2020 graduate of Bentley University, where she was awarded a bachelor of science degree in finance with a concentration in financial planning.
She interned at SullivanKreiss Financial through her high school and college years apart from the summer of 2019, during which time she gained added experience with an internship at Hanover Insurance. Ultimately, she returned to SullivanKreiss Financial.
Morgan began her full-time career at SullivanKreiss Financial as a financial analyst in September 2020. Morgan supports Kerri and, in turn, our clients’ success in multiple ways. Her focus on investment research helps ensure the optimum portfolio alignment based on risk tolerance and investment objectives. She oversees data entry for correctness. She’s also always ready to field any questions or concerns clients might have.
In her spare time, Morgan would rather keep moving than stay still. She’s passionate about staying active, an avid spinner, ace tennis player, and a doting “Mom” to her rescue pup, Gilligan.

Teresa Perron (Terry)
Receptionist
Terry joined the SullivanKreiss Financial team in 2022 as our warm, welcoming receptionist. Terry has extensive experience in office administration, previously working for Regus offices and Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in its MasterCard & Visa credit card division. Terry also helped to build and manage a successful family business for over 25 years. When she’s not at SKF, Terry wears many hats. She has her instructor’s certifications in group exercise and is a devoted mother to two children and three wonderful grandkids. In her free time, Terry enjoys spending time with her grandkids, shopping, reading, and laughing with her friends!
